BOZEMAN REAL ESTATE MARKET REPORT - JUNE, 2017

Another great month for real estate! The single family homes sold arethe highest it has been all year at 109 homes!  Just a month ago, there were only 79 homes sold.  Days on the market is way down for single family homes from last month (108 DOM for May and 49 DOM for June) this is also the lowest it has been all year.  There weren't as many townhomes sold this month as last month, however.  But the ones that were sold, went for a much less average sale price ($302,800) than last month ($316,45... read more
