The Bozeman market is always interesting.  Here is a recap of what has happened in the past year:  The total number of homes sold each month was in the 70-90 range (in the Bozeman area) until “real estate season” hit (May) and then we saw a drastic increase.  In May, 123 homes were sold, in June 169, July saw 165 and then in August there was 140.  Now that the warm weather is heading South, we are seeing the number of homes sold decrease.  In September there were a total of 11... read more

Holiday Happenings Around Bozeman
